To lead the management of operations in the area coverage and to create or develop strategy in order to achieve sales and/or profitability targets;
To recommend process improvement, and ensure consistent and efficient management of area operations to maximize sales, reduce operating expenses, and ensure consistent and excellent customer service;
To monitor the mall/store operations in the areas of quality, customer service, safety and security, facilities management, equipment maintenance, tenant relations, and community relations.
To identify market opportunities and potential of the area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
