1. Handling the end to end recruitment
2. Targeting the Manpower needed for Outlet (seasonal/new outlet and regular store)
3. evaluating the Applicant and scheduling for interview
4. Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
5. Collecting and analyzing employee data (requirements)
6. Encoding and filing the employee 201 file
7. Organizing and updating employee files.
8. Monitoring the Employee with Cash Payroll and with BPI Account
9. Monitor Company ID, Uniform, Certificates and Contract for Newly hire
10. Weekly report on Recruitment Status
11. Managing employee complaints.
12. Other task given by officer and managers
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management and related field required
· Relevant work experience with all areas of Human Resource
· At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and with Background in Agencies is a plus.
· Knowledge of end to end Recruitment Process
· Strong communication skills
· Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
· Excellent analytical and time management skills
· Strong numeracy skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Willing to assign in Chino Roces Ave. Ext. Makati City
