PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns
• VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS
Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features
• COORDINATE WITH BANKS
Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank
• REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIES
Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter
• ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDS
Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card
• DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGE
Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least College level/Bachelor's Degree graduate in any business-related course
• Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate
• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
• Willing to be assigned in SM Store Consolacion
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
