The Telemarketer for Institutional Sales is responsible for calling, screening, searching and setting up appointments for potential customers for Institutional Sales. The Telemarketer also provides some administrative support to Institutional Sales team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Office Administration, Entrepreneurship, etc.At least one (1) year of relevant experience.Experience in Telesales or Customer Service is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to learn a
bout the company products.Customer oriented, ambitious, sales, and results driven.
Job Responsibilities:
Call potential customers for Institutio
nal Sales and sets up appointment for sampling and product presentation.Send out emails and relevant communication to customers to inform them of our products and services.Co
nduct research on relevant industries and markets and seeks out the information needed to tap into these customers and industries.Pursue sales leads generated and secured from various sources.Co
nduct follow up calls and emails to check on the status of our products and to find out if there are any after-sales support needed by the customer of Institutio
nal Sales.Help prepare the samples needed for submission to clients of Institutio
nal Sales.Create and co
nsolidates the weekly and mo
nthly sales reports for Institutio
nal sales.Access, update and disseminate the aging report of Institutio
nal Sales customers to help facilitate the payment of due and overdue invoicesCollate, co
nsolidate and store the regular reports for Institutio
nal sales.Accurately co
nveys information with other departments and team members in a timely fashion.Answer emails, telephone or face to face inquiries.Perform any other office tasks that the management requires assistance.Provide assistance to projects, expos, trade shows and o
