A. MARKETING
1. Interfaces with Branch Head to coordinate local store implementation of marketing programs and promotional activities and boost sales in major categories.
2. Initiates innovative marketing tie-ups to promote Abenson products and services and reinforce its image in the market.
3. Recommends marketing plans to Head Office for possible branch/company-wide implementation.
B. VISUAL MERCHANDISING
1. Assists in implementing visual merchandising activities of assigned categories to create a visually exciting and customer-friendly store environment.
2. Coordinates retail store layout trends, store display improvements and art and designs that can be used to enhance store ambiance.
C. AFTER SALES
1. Responsible for after sales service to support customers beyond delivery of Abenson products and ensure customer satisfaction.
D. CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Responds to customer inquiries and assists in resolving escalated customer issues in order to deliver a high level of customer service.
2. Establishes and maintains an ongoing, positive relationship with customers in order to benefit from their support.
