Sales Administrative Assistant

The Sales Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Sales Manager. Mainly responsible for the on-time preparation, compilation, and filing of sales reports, updating of sales budgets, checking the correctness of sales documents such as sales invoices as well as the accurate encoding of sales data prior to the approval and review of the sales manager, and the coordination between the sales, logistics, and other concerned departments including coordination with external clients for promotional and documentation requirements.

Your scope of duties and responsibilities also include:

Assist the immediate superior in planning and organizing promotions to achieve departmental objectives.Updating, monitoring and checking the correctness of sales data such as budgets, promotions data, as well as the accurate encoding of data prior to the approval and review of the client.Monitor the flow of departmental documents to ensure that all trade documents are approved on time and maintain departmental supplies and collaterals.Confidentiality and timeliness of all handled data is to be strictly observed.Direct responsibility and accountability over all company resources, assets and stocks disposed of or in possession during the course of business covered by the area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS Industrial EngineeringCandidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Administrative Staff.Must be process-orientedMS Office literateHighly skilled in spreadsheet processingKnowledgeable in Process mapping and FlowchartingTime and Motion
