WHY WE NEED YOU:

The Area Store Manager will focus on the area growth and development of the company owned stores in the assigned territory such as the financial and sales performance, business development functions and account sourcing and management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Oversee and manage financial performance of all clustered stores within the assigned area/territoryHandle a minimum of 3 up to 10 Company Owned storesAchievement of monthly and annual sales targetsBusiness development functionsLook for sites to meet expansion targetsNegotiate COL terms with lessorsLook for potential corporate account clients in the area and negotiate termsEnsure timely opening of new stores in the assigned areaEnsure availability of optimum manpower per store based on current TCEstablish contacts/relationships with local LGU’s, organizations to gain market insights/intelligence that may benefit /affect the stores performance in the assigned area.Develop business plans for the growth and development of the territory.Develop and plan marketing programs

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

Graduate of any business-related course.Previous sales experience in managing multi-unit/stores in the retail, health, or FMCG industry.At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar function (food/beverage or pharma is preferred)Possesses strong demonstrated leadership capabilitiesAble to exercise tact and diplomacyExcellent verbal and written communication skills
