The Institutional Sales Specialist maintains and expands relationships with strategically important accounts. Assigned to specific target areas, the Institutional Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned account objectives; represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned accounts while ensuring the customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. 

Researches the market to open new accounts or untapped area and prepares the proposal for prospected accounts or target clients  Conducts product presentation for potential customers and conducts account visits following a planned itinerary to monitor existing accounts Monitors any changes in the environment such as competitive, political, geographical, demographics, and socio-cultural factors Draws up strategies to boost or hit the monthly sales targets of our accounts/clients  Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports required for account management and review Facilitates the collection remittance, sales update, check deliveries, coverage plan for the day and follows up orders Communicates with the clients on a regular basis to proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar field.With at least 1 year of previous experience working as a Sales SpecialistExcellent negotiating skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsPreferably residing in Lapu-Lapu CityWilling to be assigned in Lapu-Lapu City area
