• Formulation and implementation of the product strategy to achieve the product goals.
• Developing and implementing the marketing plan, coordinating all activities of the entire marketing mix, ensuring and being responsible for intensive marketing support
• Regular analysis of the market, anticipating trends and identifying opportunities and risks
• Planning & execution of the planning processes as well as forecasting of the sales goods
• Preparation and monitoring of the marketing budget
• Lead on all pre-launch and launch activities of new molecules
• Expansion and maintenance of a KOL network as well as relationship management with key customers
• Organization and execution of trainings
Kalbe International is an international marketing company mainly handling the trading/export transactions of total Kalbe Farma's group of business. This focus, aligned with the shift of strategy, is adjusted accordingly by transforming the organization from what used to be a trading company into a multinational corporation that controls the whole value chain.
The core operation of Kalbe International is pretty much of what we have in Kalbe Farma, starting from New Product Development, Procurement, Production, Marketing (Brand Management), to Logistics and Distribution. Some other functions such as Human Resources and Organization Development, Finance and Accounting, and also Legal are also present support the whole Business process of Kalbe International.
In its operation in multiple countries, Kalbe International is being supported by Branch and Representative Offices available in 9 countries. Kalbe International is designed to be a parent company that controls all the transactions and the flow of capital. Goods will be exported with invoices from Singapore and money from the overseas will be remitted to Kalbe International.
