QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is in support of the managing of multiple projects under the PD function. It is intended to support the PD Manager in ensuring the delivery of studies, reports and other identified deliverables to achieve the overall KRAs of the team. 

Support the launch of a new or expanded projectsCreation of project financial runs Distribution of project price lists and payment termsUploads and updates project pricing and payment terms to the SAP systemdocument Management for assigned projectsConducting regular market research and competitor scansDevelopment of project brief and fact sheetsCreation of project orientation materials and pricing models related to the assigned projectPrepares PV evaluation sheetsReviews and evaluates all projects requests and processing of project documentsCoordination with other departments or project team
