Role and Responsibilities
1. Provides administrative support in documentation for insurance claims processing
2. Processes and submits insurance as necessary
3. Monitors and tracks on outstanding claims
4. Corresponds with insurance companies on additional documentation needed to process claims
5. Handles queries regarding claim documents
Qualifications and Education
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, and/or other related field
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role
3. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizing skills
4. Proficient in computer applications
5. Has good interpersonal relationship skills
