Job Description

The Account Executive shall spearhead the promotion and marketing of RCF products. Create pipelines and a pool of borrowers with good standing. He/She shall be responsible to build and enhance close relationships with prospective and existing clients. Shall promote, identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities with partners and/or potential customers. Ensure that policies & procedures are strictly followed and all necessary documents/requirements are in order. Coordinate and interphase with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Must evaluate, and recommend approval of commercial, business, or credit loans. Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations

1. Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.

2. Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.

3. Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

4. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.

5. Review and update credit and loan files.

6. Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy. Compute payment schedules, its interest and all its pertinent processing as well as its administrative charges.

7. Propose and negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.

8. Market the RCF products & services to individuals and firms, promoting RCF services that may meet customers' needs.

9. Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate available leads and prospects for loans.

10. Prepare reports and send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collection action. May proceed filing of appropriate cases for delinquent payors such as civil cases or criminal cases for any unremitted payment.

11. May arrange maintenance and liquidation of delinquent properties, if necessary, after granting action by local courts.

12. Assists in court petition to request transfer of sequestered or transfer titles and deeds of collateral to the company.

13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor & President from time to time.

Sales & Marketing

14. Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues. Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes/ revenues.

a. To increase sales target especially in Business-to-Business (B2B) in most of the industry.

b. Provide professional and expert advice on B2B services to companies and customers.

c. Improve business leads to ensure that business opportunities are realized.

d. To proactively contact customers in portfolio in order to capture higher sales contribution by promoting RCF’s services.

e. Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

15. Responsible for creating his/her own detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of Sales Target goals and quotas monthly, which include collection on the approved loans/subscriptions.

16. Managing the entire Loan Cycle (application – screening – granting of loans – collection, up to completion of payment) from generating possible leads of borrower with good loan standing.

17. Create new sales opportunities through networking and turn it into long term partnerships.

18. Meeting possible borrower/clients to discuss RCF products.

19. Conduct Business screening and open door to Business-to-Business Activity.

20. Negotiating with borrowers as well as prepare better solution to loan requirements.

21. Responsible for updating the management to constantly check and monitor sales and target update, as well as on the campaign's progress.

22. Establish constant and good communication with all creditors and borrowers.

23. Responsible for making new 'pitches' to win new business with clients. 24. Search online for Organizations and Individuals to identify new leads and potential clients.

25. Ultimately responsible for all customer service follow up and resolutions.

Customer Service

26. Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers' needs.

27. Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.

28. Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.

29. Contacting potential clients via email or phone calls to establish rapport and setting up meetings.

Validation

30. Peruse and validate all submitted loan applications, including all pertinent documents are true and correct to ensure that clients will have the capacity to pay the loan amount or the subscription.

31. Regularly follow up and clients to ensure constant payment.

32. Establish and continually update the validation procedures.

Credit

33. Establish and secure necessary documents for credit review and analysis.

34. Screen and recommend approval or denial on submitted loan applications based on the amount and loan criteria and support the recommendation based on credit analysis.

Collection

35. Engage active customers with payment reminders and notices on overdue amounts.

36. Assist the company's legal team with customer information for default issues.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any four-year business course.

2. Familiar with various industries concepts on Loan Processing, concepts, practices, and procedures.

3. A wide degree of creativity and aptitude are expected.

4. Proficient with Microsoft office applications especially for MS Office Excel.

5. Able to work independently and under fast paced environment.

6. High energy, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail; high degree of initiative.

7. Strong communication, sales, presentation & organizational skills, as well as commercial awareness and business acumen.

8. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and thorough understanding of strategic development, and to prospect, cultivate, and manage new accounts.

9. Experience presenting and articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, broad exposure and skills in IT and social media.

10. Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends and can understand customer segmentation.

11. Must have talent in sales and experience in customer service, AE is expected to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

12. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

13. Preferably knowledgeable with SAAS and HR functions.

Accountabilities: The position is held accountable for the validation and verification of submitted documents of all loan borrowers, ensuring that the borrower is in good standing and has capacity to pay the borrowed amount. Also, this position is held accountable for the effective management of RCF’s system in recording, facilitating and preparation and issuance of checks to loan borrowers. He is also responsible for meeting his/her sales targets.

Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Working hours are generally 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work some evenings or weekends when organizing or attending events or when working on big clients or report preparations
