Job Description of an Admin/Secretary
· Provides clerical support to workplace solutions such as processing cash advances and request for Payment, ordering supplies, maintaining/ filing records and purchase request of equipment and parts.
· Maintains, organizes and keep records and files/document ensuring systematic process in storing, retrieving and disposing files.
· Monitors and conducts inspection/inventory of supplies.
· Coordinates with clients and suppliers for inquiry and purchase request.
· Consolidates and request for monthly office supplies and other needed materials.
· Provides assistance to the team by performing other assignments or duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
· Acts quickly and efficient on the request ensuring accuracy and quality of output.
