JOB DEscriptION
· Attends to all exhibits, Convention and conferences as needed
· Ensures proper alignment with other functions areas in the organization – operations, Commercial, and finance to ensure fulfillment of service customer
· Prepares and submit needed requirements for customers accreditation
· Prepares sales report based on agreed schedule
· Prepares updated sales call report every time a sales visit were made
· Prepares cost estimated for existing clients as the need arises
· Assists in the investigation process on every service failure by accomplishing the Incident report
· Support all marketing initiative thru implementation of establish report system
· Provide field training and induction to all new AM trainee as mandated
· Updates data base and portfolio per customer, industry, territory
· Performs journey planning to properly schedule field work per day and per week basis
· Performs other functions that may be assigned by his Immediate superior
