The Account Manager will contribute to the growth of our company. Business The AM will be responsible for in finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. The AM will be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
In order to succeed, the AM should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding AM will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations
Account Management
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve goals while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Business Development
• Familiarizes all products and services offered by the company
• Acquires new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attends networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintains meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggests upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafts business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiates with clients to secure the most appealing prices.
• Reviews clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remains in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
Account Management
• Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiates contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develops new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Prepares reports on account status
• Collaborates with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
