Job Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate of any 4-year course. Psychology and Human Resources graduates are preferred.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.One year experience in Office Administration is an advantage.Computer Literate. Advanced skills in MS Excel is an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides general administrative and clerical support in client projects. Creates and monitors project implementation timeline/ Gantt chart. Coordinates the project implementation with clients and external service providers.Conducts orientation/briefing sessions with clients on test administration systems and HR services. Prepares weekly and monthly reports on project/account implementation.Prepares post-implementation engagements/ reports for submission to external customers such as but not limited to:Test link generationData extractionInsight reports/ Terminal reportsBenchmarking studies
