Role and Responsibilities

Actively involving in the end to end recruitment process; job posting, sourcing, paper screening, interviewing, endorsement line/technical interview and job offerImplementing effective recruitment and selection strategiesLearning and analyzing the position requirement to determine target profile needs Performing onboarding process Create and implement effective onboarding plans.Conducting new employee orientationMaintaining and filing of 201 requirements

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Philosophy, Psychology or other relevant coursesWith experience recruiting for construction or telecom companiesGood communication skillsCan handle pressure in a fast-paced environmentAble to multitask and meet tight deadlinesPeople-dealing skills
