Job Description

The HR Associate will be a pivotal member of the HR organization, and will provide a comprehensive range of professional, effective and efficient HR administrative services and support to the Human Resources team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will provide comprehensive administrative support to HR Programs, Projects and activities including but not limited to:Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate personObtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; providing information and directions.Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logsVerifies candidates background by contacting references.Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completionHelps employees by explaining benefit programs.Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidentialAccomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as neededAssists in the coordination of overall HR Projects/activitiesMaintains and monitors the HR Events and ProjectsAssists in the implementation of the company benefits programAssists the HR Specialist in the day-to-day functions of HREnsures the office is always organizedPerforms related, miscellaneous and other appropriate duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate of any Social Science courses; with experience in Human ResourcesAbility to manage many tasks at once, work against short deadlines and to remain calm and focusedGood organizing skills, with experience in planning own workload to meet deadlines.Good problem-solving skills by identifying and analyzing problems; distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provide solutions to individual and organizational problemsAbility to work in fast-paced, constantly changing environmentAbility to implement and maintain accurate record-keeping systemsAbility to sustain output quality even when under pressure and the flexibility of input to achieve key deadlinesComputer savvy especially on Word, Excel/Google sheets, Power Point
