Job Description
• Coordinate and maintain currency in training/induction records and compliance documentation.
• Maintain HSE and People and Culture policies and procedures in Kirby and provide advice to managers/supervisors as required.
• Undertake HR administrative activities associated with onboarding, employee records, contracts of employment, workers' compensation, and off-boarding.
• Assist with new initiatives and projects to drive business improvement.
• Demonstrate compliance with client policies and procedures, including but not limited to Health and Safety
Salary Range
P30,000 to 45,000

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous experience in HSE/HR within a manufacturing organization
• Previous experience within Mining and Resources industry
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and adapt to change
