Job Description

As HR Associate – OD & Training, duties and responsibilities are enumerated below;

Conducts onboarding orientation to all new hire employees.Prepares and releases HR advisory such as new employee announcement, declaration of holidays, monthly birthday celebrants, and employee movement (transfer or resignation)Prepares and releases Internal and External Memos.Prepares, monitors and updates monthly headcount report for direct hired employees.Organizes and facilitates company trainings and events.Facilitates training needs analysis and recommends training plan and schedule.Conducts job evaluation and analysis to ensure that all positions have an updated job description.Conducts pulse surveys to receive company feedback from all Liquigaz employees.Takes on additional responsibilities or work assignment based on business requirements or as directed by superior.Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resource Management and other related coursesOrganized and detail orientedProficient in all MS Office applicationHighly creative and resourcefulTeam orientedAbility to work under pressure with minimal supervisionWith good oral and written communication skills
