Functional Overview:
The Workforce Analyst will be responsible in performing various functions, including but not limited to, overseeing all aspects of workforce optimization such as planning, creating, and communicating forecasts and schedules with the goal of enabling continuous work flow project for the company operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily management of service levels and other relevant key metrics of the Operations Team such as Productivity, Quality, and AttendanceReal time mo
nitoring and workforce management to make adjustments in an effort to maximize resources and achieve goals and business objectivesEnsure effective staffing, scheduling, and use of diagnostic methods to create performance reports.Overall management of schedules and shift activities (break schedules, team shift, training, vacation, meeting, overtime, and etc.)Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Competencies:
Proven work experience with Workforce Optimization and ManagementHighly proficient in MS Office applicatio
nsComprehensive understanding of business reporting activities and processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Information Systems, Information Technology, or any relevant courseAt least 2-4 years of working experience in the related fieldExcellent English (verbal and written) communication skillsHighly analytical and data drivenAble to work effectively in fast-paced situations and adapt to rapid changes in information, process, direction, or workflowWilling to work on shifting scheduleWilling to work on-site at BGC, Taguig
