Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

• At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Knowledgeable with Loan Acquisition and Operations

• With existing Korean and Local Clients is an advantage.

JOB DEscriptION / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for formulating, developing, executing and managing the business activities of the Bank in order to meet earnings and customer service targets.

• Implements guidelines for the daily operations of the Bank.

• Manages the branch profitability, sales and service, budgets, personnel and workflow requirements in accordance to company policies and procedures.

• Draws and executes sales activities directed towards maximizing revenue and volume potential in respective area of responsibility.

• In charge of new client generation and servicing of existing clients as well. Client generation includes client calls/visit, sending proposals to prospects and provide presentation/briefing to create product awareness

• Manages relationship with customers and prospects with a solution-based approach by understanding the customer business needs for lending, cash and investment related products with the aim of enhancing revenue, identifying opportunity and providing value added service to the customers.

• Assists in handling all types of the banks products such as deposits, loans, remittances and trade finance including foreign exchange.

• Establishes and communicates sales goals, objectives and action plans to staff.

• Provides leadership and motivations to branch staff to achieve business objectives by promoting teamwork among its officers and staffs.

• Oversees effective sales, operations and credit procedures of the Bank and ensures conformity of all branch transactions and activities to the policies of the Bank.

• Assists in the effective and efficient implementation of policies and control measures for the provision of quality service in branch operations to clients.

• Assists with the verification and improvement of existing current manuals and internal policies about branch operations as necessary.
