Learn about the ever-changing world of card processing and online paymentsCreate evidence to protect merchants from illegitimate chargebacksCheck the accuracy of our automated system in creating 100% accurate chargeback evidenceProviding customer satisfaction and experience Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) Participating in training to improve work performanceFollowing TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

What makes a #RidiculouslyGood Financial Care Specialist?

1 year in Financial industry experience i.e. Banking, Accounting, or BPO Financial campaigns.Experience in Chargeback, Disputes, or Fraud Analysis is a plus.Exceptional Communication Skills—both written and oral.Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site once needed.
