Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities1. Coordinates with respective agencies in processing employee's concern on statutory benefits:a. Social Security System (SSS)• Salary Loan Application• Salary Loan Early Renewal Program• Maternity Benefit• Sickness Benefit• Change of Status Updateb. Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF/Pag-IBIG)• Multi Purpose Loan Application• Calamity Loan Application• Change of Status Update• Consolidation of Contributions Recordsc. Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth)• Members Data Record Update2. Coordinates preparation of monthly payroll for the purpose of ensuring the timely and accurate release of employees' salaries based on schedule: a.Verifiying employee attendance reports such as absences summary report, overtime report, leave report, tardiness and undertime summary report etc.b. Reporting of payroll related information of new employeec. Reporting of loans, government mandated, and personal deductions of employeed. Providing employee information, such as tax exemptions, lateral transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records3. Coordinates with accredited hospitals and facilitates Annual Physical Examination (APE) and Drug Testing for all regular employees.4. Facilitates requisition and release of reimbursements of advanced sickness and maternity benefits of employees.5. Assists employees regarding Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth) benefits.6. Assists the Company Nurse in the monitoring of COVID-19 cases.7. Issues quarantine and isolation orders related to COVID-19 cases.8. Answers employee concerns about compensation and benefits.9. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to timeQualifications:Graduate of a four-year course relating to Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, and Accounting, and from reputable universities.At least 2-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably from the oil/gas, energy, or retail industry.Adept in Accounting and Records Management.Demonstrates strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, detail orientation, problem solving, flexibility, and adaptability.Above average verbal and written communication skills.Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)..
