Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing:
- Order entry using Syspro
- Printing of Delivery Docket and Invoices
- Purchase order management
- Posting of orders using Asana
- Creation of Sales Order Template
Management of Orders
- Monitoring of orders received via Email
- Printing Orders and consistently checking of unprocessed order file
- Addressing customer queries regarding orders
- Communicating to all salesperson if needed.
Providing support as required by the management
Skills and Qualifications:
College degree preferredMS Excel (Intermediate level)Familiarity with Excel formulas: VLOOKUP and other co
nditional formatting toolsExcellent Written and Oral English Communication SkillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in order processing and sales support in a distributor or dealership type of business.Strong computer skills: Hands-on experience with CRM systemsProcess-driven with high degree of accuracy and attention to detailTime management skillsInterested in a challenging roleStrong work ethicsPositive attitude
