1.Take vital signs
2.Prepare patient for OR
3.Pre-op and post-op care/ monitoring
4.IV insertion
5.Performs physical examination
6.Instruct home instruction advice as ordered by the physician
Respo
nsible for proper care and maintenance of the machines and equipment.Keep abreast of new treads of nursing. Observes change in the status or any untoward reactions and notifies the immediate head and the physician. Keeping and maintaining client’s records including all the results of all diagnostic procedures and refer to the physician any untoward findings. Preparing patients for discharge including home medication instructions. Inventory mo
nitoring and updates of the unit. Participates in a staff meeting. Report to duty on scheduled time.Participates in training, seminars, in-house training and other staff development activities. Acts in charge as delegated.Ensures efficient charging of all PF, medicines and supplies. Innovative thinker with strong co

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a professio
nal licenseAt least 1 year experience as a diagnostic nurse
