Job Summary:
The Asst. Vice President for HRAD will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities of the Human Resources Department, and Administrative Department consisting of Office Property, Warehouse, Office Equipment, Insurance, Motorpool Services and Building Facilities ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent deployment strategy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any business course; Masters degree as advantage but not necessary.Has acquired at least 10-15 years of human resource & administration management experience;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interperso
