Job Summary:

The Asst. Vice President for HRAD will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities of the Human Resources Department, and Administrative Department consisting of Office Property, Warehouse, Office Equipment, Insurance, Motorpool Services and Building Facilities ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent deployment strategy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any business course; Masters degree as advantage but not necessary.Has acquired at least 10-15 years of human resource & administration management experience;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization, culture, and employees.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with computer programs or related software as applied in HR management.Proficiency with or has the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
