nsible for ensuring codes meet all federal, legal & Insurance regulations so payments are obtained in a timely manner.Keep abreast of coding guidelines and reimbursement reporting requirements. If co
ncerns are identified, bring co
ncerns to the attention of the Medical Coding Supervisor for resolution.Update skill and knowledge levels in accordance with CMS approved (AHA and AMA) coding changes.Complies with co
nfidentiality standards and HIPAA privacy regulations.Perform other tasks and projects as needed by medical coding operations.
Shift: Morning Shift; Weekends Off; Observes PH Holidays; Temp WAH
Qualifications:
Must have an active CPC/CPC-A license or any coding licenseWith or without coding experience
