Company Nurse cum Admin will be responsible for performing occupational health activities which includes among others health and wellness and education, employee health services and compliance to basic health and safety practices and standards prescribed by law. In addition, the position provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Directly reports to the Office Manager.

Give first aid and treatment and proper medication to employees as needed Provides respo
nse and sound advice to employees health concerns Provides sound advice to employee's health concern Accompany ill/injured employee to the nearest (accredited) hospital if the need arises Examine, validates and makes sure that sick employees submit a medical certificate/fit to work Schedules & coordinates annual physical examination of regular employees Assess pre-employment medical examination results of new hires Maintain employees’ individual medical records with strict confidentiality Mo
nitors sick leaves of employees Coordinates with physicians/hospitals/dentist for possible admission or co
nsultation of employees Prepare medicine requisition and ensure accurate inventory management of medicines and medical supplies of the company Liaise and coordinates with HMO co
ncerns and transactions- Implements and ensures compliance to health and safety standards SSS Sickness & Maternity Benefits (validation of requirements, reimbursements & issuance of forms) Dissemination of health related bulletin Plans health & wellness programs for employees Co
nduct home visitation to sick employee (with HR) as needed Co
nduct health & safety inspection Submit clinic mo
nthly reports

Job Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse Preferably BOSH Certified (Basic Occupatio
nal Safety and Health) but not required At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required With combined experience in Hospital/Clinical, and Admin/Industrial setting Relevant certification on First Aid Training Strong analytical and planning skills Good interperso
nal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Proactive and can work independently Willing to be assigned in Clark Freeport Zone This is a full time position with weekends off and other benefits.
