WORK SUMMARY:
Responsible for the planning, organizing, and coordinating recruitment and selection activities for regular and contractual, and management positions of TIIC. Responsible for attracting talents guiding them through the application process, placing advertisements, giving interviews, and matching candidates to the appropriate roles, from entry-level to executive positions. Maintains department website and database.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

nduct Targeted Selection (TS) interview of applicants.Prepare 201 files, mo
nitor pending PER (pre-employment requirements), and review all records for completeness and accuracy. Encode new hire data and other movements in the databa
se in a timely manner. Provide recruitment records and forms for internal customersCarry out the recruitment, selection, and placement activities with the end in view of Just in Time Right Fit Placements. Provide inputs and support for the resolution of recruitment and/or manpower movement issues.Coordinate with internal and external applicants for test and interview schedules and other updates.Coordinate with the academe, other industries, Government agencies, outsourcing agencies in sourcing, selection, and placement activities; participate in all identified recruitment activities (e.g. – campus recruitment, job fair, etc.).Identify and co
nduct Recruitment Benchmarking activities.
