LET'S BEE DELIVERY SERVICE is an Mobile Application based delivery service company started in Angeles, Philippines and now expanding its service area to Metro Manila in 4Q of 2022. We are inviting Finance & Admin Supervisor to lead our Finance team for Metro Manila operation. 

1 JOB IDENTIFICATION

Finance & Admin Supervisor

2 PRIMARY FUNCTION

Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company laws. Oversee general corporate administrative work, accounting systems, maintaining accurate records and financial documentation

3 SCOPE OF DUTIES

Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliationsOverseas general administrative affairsMonitor daily performance of the accounting departmentParticipate in regular tax audits and payrollRegular preparation of client billingPrepare timely and accurate statutory accounts for the groupEnsure compliance with tax requirements and be the liaison with tax authoritiesPrepare budgeting reports and forecast revenuesManage month-end and year-end closingOrganize financial data into useable information and maintain updated recordsTrack the progress of financial and accounting objectivesEstablish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets                               Perform cost analysis and recommend process improvements for cost-effectiveness.                      Assist in goals setting and performance improvements for finance staff.Ensure compliance with the lawOther duties that may be assigned from time to time

4 JOB SPECIFICATION

At least 5 years experience in Accounting Supervisory levelDegree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field Excellent mathematical skills             High computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas) Understanding of data privacy standards Excellent organizational and planning skills
