Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGE™ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate Supply/Demand Report and Horizontal Plan. Analyze and manage exceptions in order to identify gaps. Manage and create Internal Requisitions to meet requested date of customers. Coordinate and work internally with Sales, Buyer/Purchaser, Logistics and Manufacturing Team to prioritize material requirements. Review and analyze critical parts, scheduling and inventory transfer requirements using E2PR. Contribute to continuous improvement of Operations by alerting management of key process issues, including root causes, suggestions for improvement, and implementation. Manage allocation of constrained materials. Create and maintain accurate reports using Oracle and E2PR data to maintain Supply Plan analysis. On-time Delivery (OTD) Validation and reporting. Sales Order Defect validation, analysis and execution. Raise ticket for system issues affecting operations and data integrity. Attend UAT Testing and consolidate results.· Other duties may be assigned Minimum requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management Required skill (s): Excellent Communication Skills, Computer Proficient, Good Organization skills Required skill(s): Fluency in English, Excellent in managing Spreadsheets for Reports, Good Organization skills, Process Oriented Required skill (s): Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Order Management / Logistics Preferably 3-5years experience specializing in Planning/Fulfillment/Procurement Knowledge in E2Open preferred but not required Proficient with MS Office Application esp.
