Job Description
• Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
• Provide the appropriate and correct information to incoming customer requests.
• Process customer requests according to established department policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
Salary Range
P19,000 to 20,000

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least 1-year exp in handling chat and calls
• A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.
• Should be residing within Pampanga or nearby areas (Tarlac, Bataan)
