Warehouse Checker- Cabuyap

Job Description:

Directly responsible for daily warehouse activities focusing on checking and releasing of all outbound activity (Customer Pick up and deliveries). Ensuring accuracy and completeness of items based on Delivery Receipt, Pick List and other related documents pertaining to dispatch. Coordinates with Inventory and Outbound Dept, 3rd Party Trucker and Customer for the releasing of items. Directly reporting to Warehouse Specialist & Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

1. Released items based on schedule dispatch and priorities

2. Double checks quantity, item description, brand and expiration dates-based document (Delivery Receipt & Picklist)

3. Confirm and signed DR attesting that item is complete and correct

4. Help to monitor queuing system for dispatching is properly followed to avoid returns due to wrong dispatching

5. Monitor’s timeliness of dispatching

6. Helps to follow up status of Dispatching to Outbound & Inventory

7. Report quality related concern to QA Specialist during dispatching to ensure that all quantity and quality issues will be reported to Inventory and QA

8. Report to Warehouse Supervisor anything that is not within standards of dispatching

9. Help in counting and verifying quantity on a regular cycle count or as needed

10. Assist in repacking of BO and other related warehouse activities

11. Assists in regular cycle count

12. Maybe assigned to other storage as needed

13. Maybe assigned to another related task

Requirements:

1. College level or Senior High School Graduate

2. Can Write legibly

3. Preferably with work 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG/ Meat Industry, cold storage facility.

4. Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule

5. Can withstand +10 degrees to -18 room temperature

6. Detail oriented

7. Team Player
