· Perform Gemba audits (Quality & 5S) in Contract Logistics operations · Conducts operational analysis, spearheads Kaizen activities and develops efficient solutions to Contract Logistics business units · Conducts Gemba training to all Contract Logistics personnel · Support analysis on occurred incident or accident
