JOB SUMMARY:
Under the Division of Member Relations, will be responsible for the following:
1. Ensures strict adherence to international food safety parameters on facility upkeep through drafting of policies, procedures, inspection, and enforcement of guidelines;
2. Establishes close communication and coordination with food concessionaires and any related parties;
3. Constantly audits food handling processes and actual practices on site;
4. Provides immediate feedback on areas of improvement in terms of food handling and facility upkeep; and
5. Monitors submission of reports concerning food safety, facility maintenance, third-party service contracts, safety certifications, and other related documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least minimum five (5) years experienced in related field.College graduate, any F&B or Food Technologist related course.Good interperso
nal skills in interacting with members and guests.Good oral and written communications. With certification for Food & Safety Audit / HACCP Principles & Practices.Flexible and hard working.
ACCI was founded in 1981 and started with a Member-base of 1,646 with the primary objective of providing its Members excellent leisure facilities. The Club has a total land area of 74 hectares that includes an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, a multi-purpose field, a gym, a dance studio, a sports pavilion complex housing racquet sports, swimming pools, bowling lanes, dining and banquet facilities and many other leisure features the Member and their families enjoy.
Today, 32 years later, ACCI has increased its Member base to 2,301 consisting of 1,632 proprietary members, 475 corporate members and 185 assignees. Many improvements in both service and facilities have been made the past years to fulfill the Club’s Mission and Vision.
