Job Description

We're looking for Product Data Analyst - Smartsheet position based in our office in Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha (Ortigas).

Position Overview

The Smartsheet Analyst is responsible for owning the execution and maintenance of smartsheet applications, which significantly impacts the efficiency, quality, and satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.

This position is responsible for the implementation of smartsheet tools from conceptualization, system design & development, testing, and system implementation stages defined per project.

The Smartsheet Analyst will also be responsible for providing user support on issues and business system enhancements when needed after application deployment.

The ideal candidate for this individual contributor role must be a critical thinker who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams. He or she must be capable of identifying areas of opportunity where smartsheet applications can be applied to the business process.

We maintain a flexible schedule policy, but this position will mostly work the graveyard shift but will be required to flex his or her shift whenever needed, especially during project implementation.

Essential Job Functions

• Work collaboratively with teams to define the functional requirements of the business and how they translate to smartsheet features in response to project, adhoc, and sustaining requests.

• Lead the development of the smartsheet application based on the design requirements gathered

• Execute on performance testing and user acceptance testing to ensure a hassle-free user experience.

• Develop technical documents, workflow, and a user manual for the smartsheet application for deployment.

• Collaborate with the function leader on the deployment of the smartsheet application to the operations. Provide training and support to system users upon implementation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and evaluate existing smartsheet applications. Update and add new features to the application if needed.

• Participation in company initiatives that would require smartsheet application solutions

• Performs special tasks and assignments as needed.

Education and Experience

• Degree in related field of study (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)

• 2+ years relevant business experience and practical exposure to smartsheet application including security, workflows and premium apps.

• Experience on executing RPA projects is a plus

Proficiencies Required

• Strong analytical skills with high attentions to quality and detail

• Strong Smartsheet expertise supporting users and developing business application solutions

• Proficiency in MS Office Automation Tools (Power Automate) preferred

• Advanced excel user with high proficiency in macros automation

• Application development experience preferred

• Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications

• Ability to create and successfully implement application programs

• Time management skills and project management skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including training facilitation skills

• Can proactively study and apply new information without constant direction

• Can maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Flexible to the changing business needs and deadlines.
