JOB SUMMARYThe Area Manager will be in charge of the branch operations and administrative services.DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESManage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of headquarter in DUBAI.Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfil the mission and the goals of headquarters efficiently and effectively.Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet headquarters productivity and quality goals.Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the headquarters.Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure headquarters’ productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the headquarters.Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.QUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration, or its equivalent.Filipino with at least three (3) years of related work experience is required for this position.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask.Good organizational and time management skills.Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.Communicate regularly with other managers, vice president, president, and other designated contacts within the organization.Perform other duties and responsibilities, assigned.WITH VISIT VISA
