We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
Senior HR Specialist responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. You must be able to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
The Senior HR Specialist performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development among others.
