Our Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing customer service to members of multiple benefit plans by analyzing the member’s needs and by providing timely and accurate responses. Day to Day
Explain medical plans to members, pharmacies, any additio
nal verified call with whom agents work with to resolve member issues Handle updates to member’s accounts, such as adding/editing basic information (Address, Telephone, PCP, etc.) Actively listen to the caller to verify what individual/department/pharmacy will need to be co
ntacted in order to work together to resolve the issueAdhere to all call metrics as set forth by the client including Schedule Adherence, Average Handling Time, After Call Work and CSAT scores (Customer Satisfaction Scores) if applicable Ensure compliance with BroadPath, Client, and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
Must have a backup ISP provider (Must be a different provider than primary ISP)Previous Customer Service experiencePosition requires strong computer & telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the callExcellent verbal and written communication skills
