Summary/Objective: Implementation of Workers grievance mechanism to address in an appropriate manner Project Workers concerns, feedback and or complaints in order to determine the project workers conditions and provide improvements on the working conditions.
Key Tasks/ Responsibilities
To include but not limited to:
receiving grievances from the Project Workers through the established channels and or in person or via email, phone etc;supporting the WG Coordinator in investigating and preparing resolutions for grievances to which they have been assigned;lead or support (as appropriate) grievance investigation processes;collation of all grievance related docu
mentation of the complainant participating in internal meetings and discussions to prepare grievance resolutions;meeting with complainants to discuss o
ngoing grievance investigation, present grievance resolution proposals and closing out resolved grievances;administering Grievance Satisfaction Survey Forms
