An Fraud Specialist will play a meaningful role in the prevention and investigation of fraudulent activity. A Fraud Specialist will handle shopper inbound inquiries related to possible victims of fraud, loan declinations, and inquiries related to a loan process. A Fraud Specialist will also be responsible for backline work related to investigating fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity.
This is a high caliber of agent who is able to work multiple functions independently and solve fraud scenarios and cases using data and solid judgment.
