People Experience Advisor, JLL Business Services (JBS) - Philippines

What this job involves:

Strategic Partnership

Establish key stakeholder relationships and work across boundaries to drive resultsSupport business in annual talent cycles, specifically year-end review and compensation planningProactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at root cause with the intention to arrive at sustainable solutionsDiagnose, coach and /or advise managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity and engagement challengesActively leverage the HR Platforms and available technology in order to drive value and results

Advocating People Strategy

Diagnose, coach and /or advise managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity and engagement challengesAdvocate the culture of diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others to understand ways to optimize JLL’s valuesSupport talent transitions/ employee movementPositioning yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all of your interactionsLead or participate in varied projects impacting business resultsSupport business in expansion where applicable, and stabilization of new business, continuously looking after our employee experienceDrive activities including but not limited to: employee cascades, engagement, new hire onboarding

Compliance

Collate data for government reportorial requirements, acting as Subject Matter Expert on regulatory requirements to ensure employer complianceWorks with Legal team as it relates to managing employee concerns: disciplinary actions, performance issues

Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in HR Management, behavioral science, or related courseWith at least 5 years HR experience gained from Shared Services or BPO environment, ideally in a Generalist capacity, including employee engagement, employee relationsWorking knowledge of Workday a plusHigh aptitude for developing lasting relationships with stakeholdersAbility to deal with sensitive and complex issues with composure, complete confidentialitya skilled influencerStrong communication skills
