How can you make a difference? 

Provide excellent customer service Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat. Multitask on multiple computer screens and windows to attend the customer’s concern Resolve issues while providing an exceptional customer experience 

To join our team, you need: 

At least a high school or senior high school diploma for individuals with at least 1-year BPO experience or at least college level for no BPO experience Exceptional communication skills Ability to type 35 words per minute Basic computer navigation skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
