JR-7674: Direct Debit Collection Executive (B2B Environment) | Work from Office (Angeles)

Cloudstaff, one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia, is looking for a Direct Debit Collection Executive to be part of an amazing client!

Job Description

• Keep track of declined credit card and bank direct debit transactions. Download the declined direct debit reports from the Payment Gateway and Bank portals and

maintain an up-to-date listing of declined transactions by reason code.

• Contact customers in various methods to follow up on unpaid direct debit installment payments, including over the phone and via email.

• Work closely with Flick Branches to resolve customer issues and disputes relating to a direct debit account and subscription service set-up and unpaid installments.

• Investigate, identify and resolve any account, service and payment plan set-up issues and escalate to the appropriate internal department for resolution.

• promptly escalate delinquent accounts to a third-party collection agency when proper collection procedures have been followed and all efforts have been exhausted.

• Ensure all direct debit payment plans such as AutoPay and Scheduled Pay are setup correctly in the Surepayd payment portal.

• Ensure all customer automated notifications are active and have been received by customers, in particular notification on card expiry.

• Ensure customer billing accounts are accurate and any customer requests are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years B2B Collection experience in a high transactional volume environment

• Cash application and bank reconciliations experience

• Experience in Recurring Direct Debit payment plans

• Experience in Subscription-based services

• Previous experience working in a decentralized business environment

• Experience working with Payment Gateways and bank portals

• Strong written and oral skills

• Collection and Negotiating skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
