JOB DEscriptION:

Provide outstanding customer experience and resolution to patient's billing inquiries and complaints by navigating through multiple screensUpdate customer's information such as contact number, address, insurance information, etc.Assist payment processingCoordinate with coding staff to review the appropriateness of chargesOutbound calling to update customers regarding open casesdocument customer calls in the client's systemPrepare standard reports to track workload and response timeOther related duties may be assigned from time to time
