Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities:

The Contact Center Practitioner is an integral part of IBM. Your goal is to create an outstanding client and personalized experience by delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you can be part of a team that works in all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM's strategy. 

As Contact Center Practitioner, you'll be able to do the following tasks/functions:

Receive inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.Answer customer queries and educates them on client processes whenever necessary.Accurately document all contacts with regard to customers’ inquiries.Provide quality customer service on every contact.Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.Perform other tasks as required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A graduate of any four-year course or a college undergraduate/senior high school graduate with no less than 1-year related work experience in Call Center/CSR, in a BPO setting. Good English Communication(verbal & non verbal)SkillsBasic computer and internet navigation skillsAmenable to working on a night scheduleIntermediate in MS Excel
