Job Description

ATTEND TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS: Attend to customer concerns/requests & facilitate processing of transaction for merchandise return & loyalty program card processing 

OPERATE POS MACHINE 

Transact merchandise return transaction in the POS machine to generate Sales Return Voucher; facilitate issuance of the automated Sales Invoice 

HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES 

Give product & service feedback to immediate superior for endorsement to concerned department 

OPERATE IN-HOUSE SOFTWARE 

Transact the SM Advantage/Prestige/Global Pinoy/TK Amazing claiming of personalized/renewal/replacement card on the system 

RECORD MERCHANDISE RETURNS 

Facilitate endorsement of returned merchandise to respective departments 

CLEAN THE AREA 

Organize returned items in the designated pigeon holes, properly arrange the supplies inside the cabinets 

Qualifications: 

Candidate must possess at least College level or Bachelor's Degree in any business courseStrong communication skills and phone etiquette. Required language(s): English, Filipino Required Skill(s): Customer Service Basic computer skills (MS Office) Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Mindpro Zamboanga Full-time positions available
