Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a full‐time position. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in the Philippines who will provide world class service excellence with great attitudes, energy, and personalities to help make Freedom Mobility Center the number one choice for Complex Rehab Technology (Power & Manual Wheelchairs) and other Durable Medical Equipment (DME). The primary function is to provide customer service support for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders. This includes answering general customer inquiries, taking phone orders, providing order status updates, and resolving complaints. This position communicates by phone, fax, email, SMS, chat and other written forms of communication between patients, family members, physicians, referral sources, insurance companies, health care partners, vendors, and Freedom Mobility staff. Freedom Mobility Center’s success relies on our reputation for providing above average customer service. Our goal is to provide an exceptionally pleasant experience for all patients, physicians, and insurance companies who interact with our company. The CSR must be able to carry over a friendly, empathetic, professional, and positive attitude during all phone and written interactions with patients and referral sources. Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound calls, faxes, emails, SMS, and chat to respond to customer inquiries and requests. Take phone orders and enter the data in Brightree MyForms software. Respond to customer service tickets through Freshdesk ticketing system. Provide customers with product and service information. Educate customers about their insurance benefits. Gather patient insurance information and verify insurance benefits and eligibility. Provide status updates on DME orders. Identify, research and resolve customer issues. Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. Log all incoming and outgoing calls in Brightree MyForms. Attach incoming emails and faxes to electronic customer records. Transfer incoming calls to appropriate staff. Check and route voice mail messages to appropriate staff. Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. Basic troubleshooting of power wheelchair failures over phone Respond to both positive and negative customer reviews on social media Observe and enforce company policy and HIPAA compliance Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:3 to 5 years of customer service experience. Experience with Health Insurance eligibility verification is a plus. Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is a plus.
