Job Description
• Answers calls from Injured Workers (IW) and immediately determines the severity of the injury
• Immediately beginning first aid at the onset of a call
• Gathers basic information about the IW
• Identifying urgent/emergent situations
• Utilize medical guidelines to assess IW
• Directing the IW to the most appropriate level of care and facility
• Educating the IW on self-treatment and next level of care
Qualifications:
• 2 years minimum Hospital/Clinical/Medical Surgical/ICU/Rehab/Hemodialysis/Triage/UR/UM Setting
• Active PH & US License
• System working knowledge required: Computer proficiency required
• RN, LPN/ LVN graduate from an accredited school of nursing or radiation therapy for USRN
• Good organizational skills preferred
• Must be willing to work onsite if the business/client requires
